Our journey began with an infant idea –  a vision to provide sustainable solutions and help other businesses grow. As simple as it sounds, attaining the desired results was never easy, and it never is, not for anyone. We were keen enough to realise that early successes, no matter how small, bring in great happiness, and quick failures, no matter the magnitude, are always special – cause they bring in the teachings that lay our foundations. I was grateful to discover a great team in the early years of this firm – a team driven by zeal, passion, and knowledge. The percept that kept us altogether lies in our motto, “Life’s too short to grow slow!” And probably, this reason (the aphorism) helped us acknowledge our shortcomings and proceed – it’s a never-cease learning journey, and we’re keeping track of the same! The corporate world is a sail-together-sink-together ocean. For a firm like us, it’s a team game. Though I was grateful to pluck some talented young lads with visions and purpose, keeping tabs on everyone was crucial. Regardless of the differences they all shared, coherence as a team is decisive. Managing the same is tenacious of a job for a leader. Ensuring perseverance at every step as we moved was of sheer importance. Finally, on our way forward, I heartily bear great regard for every one of us who lead us on our journey so far.
